  After reading a few reviews online I decided I would like to have my newborn son be a new patient at ogden pediatrics. My fiance recently passed away and I was laid off leaving me with having to be with medicade so I was very happy to hear they accept medicade and were accepting new patients.
  When I called the the receptionist was very rude when I was trying to explain my son would be a new patient stating "Wait I have no idea what your talking about" and then stated "first of all what insurance do you have? because we dont accept all of them". I stated I was with medicade which she then replied "we are not taking new patients with medicade" . It clearly states they accept medicade and were accepting new patients. She then states "We do have families on medicade here because we understand people have been laied of and such and we definilty try to make room for them". What??????????????
  ok that makes no sense. So I just decided you know what after this first impression...no thanks I will take my son elsewhere.
