  After a snow storm on Thursday March 2 my garbage was supposed to be picked up the following day, it was not. I called the office Friday and was told the trucks are running late because of the snow storm and that they will make another pass through today or the following day. Next day no pickup so I called and left a message. Now it’s Monday and still no pickup so I called again. Office personnel told me that I would have to pay and extra $10 for a special pickup. Driver noted that garbage can was blocked by snow. So after three phone calls and the driver saying that the garbage can was blocked by snow they refuse to come back unless I pay them $10. Poor service and bad communication. Not happy.
